Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and nurture relationships with assigned customer accounts to ensure satisfaction, retention, and growth.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, issues, and escalations, working diligently to resolve issues and exceed customer expectations.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional services to existing clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions that align with customer needs and drive business outcomes.
  • Leverage experience in practice management or related fields to understand customer workflows and pain points, providing strategic insights and solutions.
  • Track account metrics, prepare reports, and conduct regular business reviews to demonstrate value and identify areas for improvement.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to position BillWell’s offerings effectively.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) established by management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, account management, or practice management within the technology, financial services, or SaaS industries.
  • Experience selling medical billing and physician practice management services, is highly desirable.
  • Proven success in achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility quickly.
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Highly organized, with excellent time management skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
